Tropical Salmon with Honey Mustard - Mango and spicy yellowtail wrapped with sliced salmon, lightly torch-seared and served on top of honey mustard sauce.

Soft Shell Crab with Garlic Dipping Sauce - The crab is lightly battered, deep-fried and served with a savory garlic sauce.

Thai Mango Duck - Boneless duck breast braised with spicy thai curry and coconut milk. This entree is served with your choice of miso soup or salad and rice.

Dynamite Roll - White fish, eel, avocado and cream cheese. Served tempura style with special sauce on the side for dipping.
